Tackenash Knoll will offer a variety of affordable units with income limits between 30% and 120% Area Median Income (AMI.)

Maximum Income
The maximum income is determined based on the Area Median Income (AMI) and the household size. Income limits are reviewed and updated each year, typically between April and June.
